Isabelle Phillips
Consulting Director

Isabelle Phillips is a leadership expert, Founder of consultancy Mackerel Sky – Leadership Matters and Co-Founder of Mindfulness for the Global Village. Her research and enterprise work centres on how to lead in contemporary contexts that are increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. She has a track record developing workforce wellness and performance via her leadership programs.

Isabelle brings specialist expertise in deployment of inclusive leadership to drive success in our hyper-connected and high-speed global village. Isabelle is a an experienced non-executive director, a seasoned speaker, master trainer and sought-after coach.

Ross Nicol
Trainer, Facilitator and Coach

Ross is a seasoned professional in organisational learning and development. Ross has worked in public and private sector organisations amassing 20 years of experience in partnering with senior staff to achieve workplace goals. Ross has coached hundreds of senior executives in telecommunications, finance and engineering and state government.

Ross has delivered senior leadership programs across Australia and in Asia. Ross is a volunteer coach for Homeward Bound, a development program in its sixth year, which supports up to 100 women leaders from around the world working in STEM to grow their leadership capability. Ross lives in his home-town of Newcastle, on Awabakal Land. He has two teenage children and loves to swim in the ocean all year round.

Kylie Captain is a highly professional, driven and compassionate Aboriginal Educational Leader with extensive experience leading teams and working closely with community and key stakeholders to further promote and progress policies which impact on Aboriginal communities. Kylie has demonstrated management and leadership skills that support a culture of high expectations and excellence in delivering strategic goals and directions.

Kylie is the President of the Aboriginal Studies Association, a published author and a highly sought after speaker. Kylie’s experience is expensive and an area of expertise is developing and delivering high impact professional learning.

As a proud Gamilaroi woman, Kylie works towards ensuring a national approach to ensure teams are productive, passionate and dynamic, united in strengthened systems and processes.

Alexia Lidas
Program Manager

Lexi is a senior program manager with deep expertise in national training organisations. Lexi has designed, delivered and evaluated programs for Australian public and private sectors in response to sector needs. Lexi has successfully managed drives to boost membership engagement, design and deliver marketing drives, achieve fundraising targets, win and relationship manage sponsorships, write policy and run international advocacy campaigns.

Lexi is a trusted advisor to industry forums, a published writer, public speaker and an experienced board member.

Davina Park
Executive coach

Davina completed her brain-based coach training in 2008. She has coached managers in the disability sector during the NDIS’ first roll out. Davina has worked with senior executives in the banking, finance, and marketing sectors giving her broad insights into leadership and management.

Davina is passionate about working with managers who seek to make a positive difference and has recently coached an Indigenous aspiring Para-Olympian.

Kirsty Keating
Executive Coach

Kirsty completed her brain-based coach training in 2008. She has coached recruitment consultants, business owners, corporate executives, rising athletes and rising stars of the arts, science and media. Kirsty created a coaching and mentoring program for Layne Beachley’s Aim for the Stars Foundation.
