How to add value to your managers in their struggle to become leaders.
This program is for senior managers who are coaching new managers or team leaders on the challenges of people 
management. It can be the hardest part of your role or the most rewarding. Learn about the global body of research that 
points to constructive leadership styles that promote profitability, productivity and quality outcomes. Participants will view their own psychometric report using the ‘LSI’ (Life Styles Inventory), an individual diagnostic leadership tool. Up to three months of weekly individual coaching sessions follow this training to prepare and support leaders for rollout to their teams.

How Psychology and new research on the brain can support lasting, positive behavioural change in your organisation.
This course is for people managers that need to pioneer change, improve cultures, and drive different behaviours within their teams. This course can assist you to enhance your people’s stakeholder management skills and improve the customer service from your department. So many of our management practises to day are based on the tenets of behaviourism (carrot and stick). Learn a multifaceted approach to changing people’s behaviour and what the latest research tells us about habit forming.
 
 
The Self Aware Leader – 1 day workshop
Using Jungian Type to develop self and other awareness to expand your leadership and influencing capabilities.
This course commences with a self-report for all participants. The essence of Jungian type is outlined and brought to life in context of participants’ own reports.  The day then moves into how to apply this new knowledge focussing on implications for managers. Practical exercises assist managers to plan better ways to motivate, delegate, induct, reward and inspire their teams to better outcomes.
 
 
Personal Effectiveness – 1 day workshop
Driving high performance and integrity at all levels of your organisation.
Learn how to maximise your energy, efficiency and integrity weekly, daily and by the minute. Years of research into food, the body’s circadian rhythms and the mind provide insights into the true robbers of human potentiality at work. This course is for leaders who wish to walk their talk and set an example that others aspire to follow. Learners will come away with a personalised set of strategies to implement immediately to drive fabulous creativity, high productivity and integrity to emulate.
 
 
Workplace Coach Training – 3 day workshop
Developing coaching skills for the leaders in your organisation.
